Flowcode has three self-serve plans for individuals and small teams: Free at $0, Pro Plus at $25 a month billed annually or $60 billed monthly, and Growth, which is sold annually only and shows no price on the pricing page. Larger companies get Growth Plus (usage based) and Enterprise (custom pricing). A year of Pro Plus costs $300 on annual billing and $720 on monthly billing.

The prices and limits below come from Flowcode's pricing page, tab "Flowcode 1 for Individuals", as it read on October 29, 2026. Flowcode changes its plans from time to time, so check that page before you buy.

Flowcode plans at a glance

Free, $0. For individuals getting started: up to 2 Flowcodes (Flowcode's name for its QR codes), analytics for up to 500 scans, and no ads.

Pro Plus, $25 a month billed annually or $60 billed monthly. For individuals and small teams: up to 50 Flowcodes and landing pages, analytics for up to 6,000 scans and 3 collaboration seats.

Growth, annual only. For teams with higher usage. It starts at 150 Flowcodes and landing pages, includes analytics for the first 10,000 scans with geolocation data, and adds CRM integrations, API access, custom seat packages and priority support. The card has a "Book a demo" button and a "Buy now" button but no price.

Growth Plus and Enterprise. On the "Flowcode 2 for Enterprise" tab, Growth Plus is "Usage based" and Enterprise is "Custom". Both go through a demo with sales.

What Pro Plus costs per year

The billing toggle on the pricing page says annual billing saves 58%, and the numbers agree. Annual billing is $25 × 12 = $300, paid for the whole year. Monthly billing is $60 × 12 = $720 if you keep the plan for twelve months.

Monthly billing makes sense for a campaign that runs two or three months. Five months at $60 come to $300, the price of a full year on annual billing, so anything longer is cheaper on the annual plan.

What a dynamic code costs on each plan

Dividing the yearly price by the number of dynamic codes shows what one code costs you:

  • Free: 2 dynamic codes for $0.
  • Pro Plus on annual billing: $300 ÷ 50 = $6.00 per dynamic code per year.
  • Pro Plus on monthly billing: $720 ÷ 50 = $14.40 per dynamic code per year.
  • Growth: the page lists "Tiered packages" and no price, so there is nothing to divide.

What the Free plan includes

Free gives you 2 Flowcodes and analytics for up to 500 scans. The comparison table on the pricing page marks "Lifetime scans" as "Always scan" on Free, Pro Plus and Growth, so the 500-scan figure is a limit on the analytics you see, not on the scans themselves.

Flowcode's help center says the same in an article written in December 2023: "Flowcodes, even those created with our Basic plan, have unlimited scans!" (Basic is the older name of the Free plan.)

What happens to your codes if you downgrade or stop paying

Flowcode's help center covers this in an article on expiration, written in December 2023 with the older plan names:

  • Codes don't expire: "the Flowcodes and Flowpages you create will never expire."
  • On a downgrade: "If you downgrade back to a Basic (free) account, only your 2 most recent codes and Flowpages will remain editable. Don't worry, your Flowcodes will continue to scan. If you upgrade again, you'll regain all active codes and pages that you created in your paid account."
  • On a lapsed plan: "If users fail to renew their contracts or payment fails, they will no longer be able to access the code/page details or update backend details such as scan destination, code design, page details, and page design."

So printed codes keep working after a downgrade, but you lose the ability to change where most of them point. If you print 50 codes on Pro Plus and later drop to Free, 48 of them keep their last destination until you upgrade again.

How to cancel a Flowcode plan

From Flowcode's help article on cancelling:

  1. Click your profile in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings.
  2. On the My Account page, open Billing, the third tab.
  3. Click Cancel plan and follow the next steps.

The article says "Canceling your account will set it to not renew." For problems, it points to support@flowcode.com.

Which Flowcode plan fits which team

Free fits one or two codes you want to edit later, such as a menu and a flyer. Pro Plus fits a small team with up to 50 codes and pages, and annual billing is cheaper if you will keep it all year. Growth is the plan for teams that need CRM integrations or API access, since neither appears on the Pro Plus card; expect a sales conversation, because its price is not published.

Questions to ask before you buy any QR code plan

  • What happens to a printed dynamic code if the subscription ends, and can you still edit it?
  • Is there a monthly option, and what does a full year cost on it?
  • Does the limit count codes and landing pages together?
  • Is the scan limit a limit on scans or on the analytics you can see?
  • Which plan includes the API and integrations you need?

How CodeQR compares

CodeQR, another dynamic QR code and short link platform, answers the same questions this way:

  • Starter, Pro and Business can each be paid monthly or yearly, so you can run a short campaign on monthly billing and stop. Prices are on the pricing page.
  • When a CodeQR workspace returns to the Free plan, its dynamic QR codes and short links keep sending people to their destinations. What changes is the limits and the paid features, as this help article explains.
  • The API is on every plan, including Free, and a custom domain is included from Starter.
  • There is a Free plan to start on and a 7-day trial of the paid plans with no credit card required.

Flowcode also sells things outside this comparison, such as its enterprise audience and CRM products, so compare on the features you will use. For a feature-by-feature view, see CodeQR as a Flowcode alternative, and for the plans of another QR platform, our Uniqode pricing breakdown.
