Uniqode Pricing 2026: What Each Plan Costs per Year
Uniqode's four QR code plans, what each one includes, what a dynamic code costs on each, and what happens to your codes when you stop paying.

Uniqode sells four self-serve QR code plans: Essential at $9, Core at $49, Plus at $99 and Business+ at $399 per month. Every plan is billed yearly, so the bill is the yearly total: $108, $588, $1,188 and $4,788. Above those sits Enterprise, with custom pricing. Static QR codes are free; dynamic QR codes, the ones you can edit and track, need a paid plan or the 14-day free trial.
The prices and limits below come from Uniqode's pricing page as it read on October 28, 2026. Uniqode changes its plans from time to time, so check that page before you buy.
Uniqode plans at a glance
Essential, $9 a month ($108 a year). 15 dynamic QR codes, 60 days of analytics, 5 Linkpages (Uniqode's landing pages) and 1 user seat. It includes basic design customization, more than 15 QR code types, bulk creation, QR code forms, AI analytics insights and 24/7 support.
Core, $49 a month ($588 a year). 250 dynamic QR codes, 90 days of analytics, 10 Linkpages and 1 user seat. On top of Essential it adds advanced customization, advanced analytics, GPS tracking, integrations and the QR Code API.
Plus, $99 a month ($1,188 a year). 500 dynamic QR codes, 180 days of analytics and 25 Linkpages. This is the first plan with more than one user seat; the seat selector on the pricing page starts at 3. A custom domain and single sign-on are add-ons here.
Business+, $399 a month ($4,788 a year). 2,000 dynamic QR codes, lifetime analytics, 100 Linkpages, 5 user seats, 1 custom domain and 2 organizations, plus single sign-on and retargeting. You buy it by talking to sales.
Enterprise, custom pricing. Limits set per contract, white-label, a dedicated customer success manager and payment by invoice.
What a dynamic QR code costs on each plan
Dividing the yearly price by the number of dynamic codes shows where the plans are good value:
- Essential: $108 ÷ 15 = $7.20 per dynamic code per year.
- Core: $588 ÷ 250 = $2.35.
- Plus: $1,188 ÷ 500 = $2.38.
- Business+: $4,788 ÷ 2,000 = $2.39.
The entry plan costs about three times more per code than any plan above it. If you expect more than about a dozen dynamic codes in the year, Essential fills up quickly, and the jump to Core is $480 a year.
Above Core the cost per code barely moves. What you pay for on Plus and Business+ is seats, a custom domain, single sign-on and longer analytics history, so choose between them on those features.
Billing is yearly only
Uniqode's FAQ says it "only offer[s] annual subscription plans", and it answers the question about switching from annual to monthly with "We currently do not offer monthly plans." There is no monthly price to compare against, so the $9, $49, $99 and $399 figures are the yearly bill divided by twelve.
That matters most for small teams and short campaigns. A three-month event or a seasonal promotion still costs a full year on the plan it needs.
What happens to your codes when you stop paying
Uniqode's FAQ covers three cases:
- When the free trial ends without an upgrade, dynamic QR codes "will become inactive" and "will no longer redirect users", and their tracking is paused until a subscription is active.
- When you cancel, "your QR Codes will become inactive." Uniqode suggests turning off auto-renewal instead, so the codes keep working until the paid year ends.
- Static QR codes keep working, because their content is inside the image, but you lose access to the account.
So a dynamic code printed on packaging, a menu or a sign stays tied to the subscription for as long as that material is in use. Before you print, decide how long the code has to keep working and budget for that many years.
Add-ons that change the bill
Plus has paid add-ons, listed on the pricing page and in the FAQ:
- Custom domain on Plus: $2,000 per domain per year, according to the FAQ. Business+ includes one.
- More dynamic codes on Plus: 50 QR codes for $6.25 a month, which is $75 a year, or $1.50 per extra code.
- More Linkpages on Plus: $1 a month each.
- Form responses on Plus: from $5 a month.
- Single sign-on: an add-on on Plus, included in Business+.
The custom domain is the add-on that moves the numbers most. Plus with one custom domain comes to $1,188 + $2,000 = $3,188 a year, against $4,788 for Business+, which includes the domain along with more codes, seats and analytics history.
Does Uniqode offer discounts?
The pricing page and its FAQ mention no coupon, discount code or promotional price. The FAQ answer to "Do you offer discounts or free trials?" points only to the 14-day free trial. Because every plan is already yearly, there is no separate "annual discount" on top of the listed prices. For a different price, the page points you to sales, through Business+ and Enterprise.
Which Uniqode plan fits which team
- A handful of codes for one person: Essential, as long as you stay under 15 dynamic codes and 60 days of history is enough.
- You need the API or integrations: Core is the cheapest plan that includes them.
- More than one person manages codes: Plus is the first plan with several seats.
- Your codes must use your own domain: compare Plus with the $2,000 add-on against Business+.
- Single sign-on or white-label: Business+ or Enterprise.
Uniqode also lists SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and ISO compliance and a separate digital business card product on its site. If your procurement process asks for those, check its security page and include it in the comparison.
How CodeQR prices the same features
CodeQR is a QR code and short link platform, and it prices differently in three ways that show up on the bill. The figures below come from CodeQR's pricing page, in USD, on October 28, 2026.
Monthly or yearly, your choice. Starter is $9 a month or $89 a year, Pro $29 a month or $279 a year, and Business $69 a month or $659 a year. A three-month campaign can run on monthly billing and stop.
Codes keep redirecting after a plan ends. When a CodeQR workspace returns to the Free plan, every short link and dynamic QR code keeps sending people to its destination. What changes is the limits and the paid features, as this help article explains.
Limits count what you create each month. Starter allows 150 QR codes a month, Pro 1,000 dynamic codes a month with unlimited static ones, and Business 5,000 dynamic codes a month. The codes you already have stay when the month resets. A custom domain is included from Starter (Pro includes 5, Business 10), and the API is available on every plan, including Free.
Uniqode also sells things outside this comparison, such as its digital business card product and GPS-based scan tracking, so compare on the features you will actually use. For a feature-by-feature view, see CodeQR as a Uniqode alternative. You can also try the paid plan of your choice free for 7 days without a credit card.
Questions to ask before you buy any QR code plan
- What happens to a printed dynamic code if the subscription ends?
- Is there a monthly option, and what does a year cost in total?
- Does the limit count the codes you hold or the codes you create per month?
- What does a custom domain cost, and on which plan?
- How long is scan history kept on the plan you are buying?
