Who can join the Affiliate Program?
Any CodeQR user with an account can join. You do not need a paid subscription to be an affiliate. Go to Account → Settings → Referrals and click Join Affiliate Program. There is no application or approval step.
What is the commission rate and how long do I earn?
You earn 30% of the revenue from each payment made by a customer you referred. Commission is recurring for up to 12 months from that customer’s first payment. So for every subscription payment they make in that period, you receive 30%.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period before they become eligible for payout. After that, payouts run on a monthly schedule. You must connect a PayPal account to receive payouts. See How to receive payouts (PayPal).
Is there a minimum payout amount?
If the program has a minimum payout amount, it will be shown on the Referrals page or in the Affiliate Program Terms. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next payout period.
How long does my referral link last?
Your referral link does not expire. You can use it as long as your account and your participation in the program are active. You can change your link slug (e.g. to a custom name) from the Referrals page at any time.
What happens if a referred user cancels their plan?
If a referred customer cancels or downgrades to a free plan, you stop earning commission on their future payments. You keep any commission already earned and paid for payments they made before the cancellation. Refunds or chargebacks may result in commission being reversed; see the Affiliate Program Terms.
What currency are payouts in?
Payouts are made in the currency configured for the program (e.g. USD). Check the Referrals page or the Affiliate Program Terms for details. You are responsible for your own taxes and compliance with local laws.
Where can I see my performance?
On the Referrals page (Account → Settings → Referrals) you can see Clicks, Leads, Sales, Earnings (upcoming and paid), Recent Referrals, and Payout History. You can filter by date range to see performance over time.
What are the rules I need to follow?
You must follow the Affiliate Program Terms. Prohibited conduct includes spam, fake or incentivized traffic, misleading claims about CodeQR, and brand abuse. Violations can result in no payout, reversal of commissions, and termination from the program.
