• Apply templates via URL params — API and automation callers (e.g. Make) can now select a QR template and override individual frame fields by embedding cq_* query parameters in the destination URL. Params are automatically stripped before the link is stored, keeping destinations clean.

• Frame text alignment fixes — Text on QR frames (frame-2, frame-3, frame-5, frame-6) is now precisely centered on the bar, with tighter max-width to keep text inside the QR inner edge.

Bug fixes

• QR code duplication crash — Duplicating a QR code no longer fails with a validation error when nullable frame style fields (frameTextColor, frameTextStyles) are carried over from the original record.
• Legacy QR code reads unblocked — Existing QR codes with a null frame text styles value no longer cause a database read error; the field is now correctly treated as optional throughout.
