Plans differ in how much you can create each month, how much traffic is counted, and which features are unlocked. Changing plan takes a minute and never touches the links and QR codes you already have.

Availability

  • Plan: any.
  • Where: SettingsBillingUpgrade.

What the plans include

Four plans are self-serve. Scale and Enterprise are arranged with the sales team.

  • Free — 10 links and 5 QR codes per month, 1,000 clicks and 1,000 scans counted, 1 page, 2 tags, 1 member, 10 AI credits, 60 API requests per minute. No custom domain and no folders. Analytics keeps 30 days.
  • Starter — 150 links and 150 QR codes per month, 6,000 clicks and 6,000 scans, 5 pages, 1 custom domain, 25 tags, 1 member, 100 AI credits, 100 API requests per minute. Analytics keeps 90 days.
  • Pro — 1,000 links and 1,000 dynamic QR codes per month with unlimited static ones, 30,000 clicks and 30,000 scans, 20 pages, 5 custom domains, 15 folders, 50 tags, 5 members, 500 AI credits, 500 API requests per minute. Analytics keeps a year. Adds link cloaking and the root-domain redirect.
  • Business — 5,000 links and 5,000 dynamic QR codes per month, 150,000 clicks and 150,000 scans, 100 pages, 10 custom domains, 100 folders, 150 tags, 15 members, unlimited AI credits, 1,000 API requests per minute. Analytics keeps two years. Adds smart rules, the pre-redirection form, conversion tracking, the audit log and folder permissions.

Annual billing is charged once for twelve months and works out cheaper than paying monthly.

Which numbers reset, and which do not

This is the distinction that causes most of the confusion:

  • Reset on your billing date each month: links created, QR codes created, pages created and AI credits. They measure creation during the cycle, not what exists. A workspace with 4,000 links sees its counter go back to zero — the links stay.
  • Counted per cycle: clicks, scans and page views.
  • Not counters at all: custom domains, folders, tags and team members. These count what exists right now, so deleting one frees a slot immediately.

Your billing date is the day of the month you subscribed, and it is shown on the plan card as the next billing date.

Move up

  1. Open SettingsBilling.
  2. Select Upgrade.
  3. Pick a plan and a billing period.
  4. Complete the payment.

The new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through. If you already have a subscription, the change happens through the billing portal and the price difference is settled there.

Move down

Use Manage Subscription to switch to a smaller plan. The new limits apply once the change is confirmed.

Moving down does not delete anything. Links, QR codes, pages, folders, tags and team members all stay; what changes is how much you can add from that point, along with the retention window and the paid features. What happens to your QR codes if you stop paying describes the Free plan in that same detail, and a smaller paid plan behaves the same way.

Verify it works

Open SettingsBilling after the change. The plan badge shows the new plan and the usage section shows the new limits next to your current numbers.

Troubleshooting

I reached a limit in the middle of a campaign

Your existing links and QR codes keep working and keep being counted — a limit blocks creating more, not serving what exists. Upgrading raises the ceiling immediately.

My link counter is high and I did not create that many

The counter measures creation during the billing cycle, including anything created through the API or an import. It resets on your billing date.

The clicks number does not match what I expected

Counting has its own rules — bots, repeated scans by the same visitor and cached redirects all affect it. Clicks not showing or numbers do not match covers it.

Can I change from monthly to annual

Yes, through Manage Subscription. The billing portal shows the price difference before you confirm.

I need more than the Business plan

Contact sales for a quote. Higher volumes are arranged rather than bought from the plan screen.
